Beliefs & Values

GCSE Religious Studies is a hugely dynamic subject which allows students to gain an appreciation of how religion, philosophy and ethics form the basis of our culture. Drawing from religious texts, historic and current affairs they will develop analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to work with abstract ideas, leadership and research skills.  All these skills will not only help prepare students for further study but also enable them to develop their ideas, values, and identities and help them develop a constructive aptitude for dialogue so that they can participate positively in society.

Be the change you wish to see in the world.
